Puzzle #23: Another Rebus Puzzle

Strangely, both this week and last week, something went wrong in exporting to .puz format - all but one of the rebus squares exported fine. If you're solving the .puz, everything should be normal if you just enter the first letter of the rebus squares, but not if you try to enter the whole thing.
